Policies & Warranties
- 60-day commercial and residential new parts warranty
- 60-day warranty for car keys
- 30 days of any labor performed, unless parts were recommended to be replaced by the locksmith technician
- An extended 1-year warranty is available for $39.
If a customer calls back within 30 days to complain about a lock-kit not working and once we show up it is found to be a user error/customer error and not an error on our end then you are subject to a service call fee.
Callbacks or returned services beyond the associated guarantee periods will be subject to a service fee at a minimum.
We are not responsible for any misuse or damages to the locks provided and/or serviced by the end-user.
We are not responsible for any malfunction of lock or key not provided by our company.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from weather or climate-related issues and subsequent visits will be subject to a service fee for on-site services unless otherwise specified.
The customer is required to meet the technician at the address provided at the scheduled time frame. Any delay by the customer is subject to an increase in labor charges.
Automotive: Any issues with the vehicle that prevents us from being able to program the key is subject to a minimum service call fee.
