This was my first time using Snap & Crack. They arrived within 35 to 40 minutes and had more door open in just a few minutes. It qas so quick I forgot to gwt the gentleman's name that helped me. He was professional and helpful.I hope to not lock myself out again but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Ive used companies for this before and had to wait over an hour or longer. I was amazed they could get out so quickly and on a holiday too!

If you are locked out, PLEASE call this locksmith. My partner had recently listened to a podcast on scam lock smiths and so when I was locked out at 10pm on a Saturday night I was wary. Between my neighbor and I, we called 6 locksmiths and they all followed the script associated with scams. I spent over and hour scanning reviews/photos on various sites before concluding Snap and Crack was the most legit seeming. I chose to spend the night at a friends and then called them at 8am Sunday morning. They gave me an accurate quote, scheduled my preferred time, showed up EXACTLY on time and were super fast, friendly and effective. I was back in my house in under 5 minutes!

He was super friendly, good to work with, very professional, and managed to get the cabinet open quickly without damaging anything even though it was messed up inside. Saving these guys to my phone. I worked with a Guy name Derrick, he was amazing! I lost me keys to my vehicle and they were out within ten minutes to get me all squared away. Service was extremely fast and affordable! He even helped give me a jump because my care battery was dead! I’m extremely impressed.

I lost the spare key to my vehicle and wanted a backup. Because the key had a chip and I only had one key, the new one couldn’t be done just anywhere. The technician, wish I could remember his name, met me at the local Snap & Crack branch 10 minutes from my house. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The whole process took 15 minutes and the price was way cheaper than at the dealership. I would highly recommend this business.

The lady that answered the phone was so sweet and helpful and was able to send a locksmith out the same afternoon. The locksmith was very nice and professional and arrived right on time. One of our doors would not open to our house. I removed the doorknob but the lock was stuck in place. I called Snap & Crack and they were out within 2 hours! He got the lock out, replaced the doorknob and re-keyed it so our old keys would fit. He was thorough and made sure everything worked smoothly before leaving. I would definitely use their service again!

He was great! He programmed my remote. It was being difficult but he got it to work, for some reason it didn't work with the year of my car but then he went tried different years until he got the programming to take. I had an all in one remote key that I ordered on Amazon for my car, the key was a little long but he cut it down to size until it worked.

I called one of their offices and the secretary connected me with the first available locksmith to help me. He arrived in 20 minutes and was able to get me into my place within 2 minutes or so. Very polite! The fee was expensive but I needed their help.

They were awesome. I called many locksmiths and out of all the places I called, this was the only place able to give me a solid price range and it was a great price. They were prompt and able to give me same day service. Despite my car giving them a few issues, they were able to take care of me and get me rolling again. My tech, Deric was very nice and friendly. He did an amazing job. Customer service was great as well. Nothing but good things to say about the company and service. Kudos to them for honesty and being direct! I would highly recommend.

I closed on my first home today and the seller’s real estate agent accidentally left the keys on the kitchen counter which essentially locked me out of my house! I had a moving crew standing by! House lock out can be more than stressful. What do you do?- Call Snap & crack locksmiths, without a second thought.- Why so? The individual was here in under 30 mins when it was basically a storm outside with heavy rains. This was concerning specially with 2 dogs.- What was delivered? Excellence! Derek was on time, friendly, and efficient. We had a install of a deadbolt, and a re-key. Both locks are on the same door which connects to the garage. He re-keyed the bottom lock to have the same key as the deadbolt. This is great! Now we don’t have to juggle keys just to get in the house. Awesome idea Derek! Thank you so much!
