This is a legit review. These guys were quick, and came early. The guy who made me a key for my car, because I lost the original and only key I had, the man was quick, and it was cheap. The dealership overprices this job, this is a understatement. I saved a lot of money with these people. I'm really grateful they were available and quick and communicated really good and with respect. This is 1 of my best reviews of all places I review that does me service. I have no idea why I didn't think about this place before getting a quote from the dealership, I would've saved time and gas and would've had my key faster.

Was stuck at work after closing because my key fob got damaged, car alarm kept going off after I opened the car via booth, yet car wouldn't start when key is inserted in ignition. I called them and in less than 30minutes of arrival at my work address, James fixed my alarm and made me a new key fob. They definitely are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. I started installing a “panic proof cylinder and knob” lockset on our back door. Simply replacing the 35 year old identical brand, I thought. Took out the old and got nearly complete…instructions weren’t clear toward the end. Confusing. It wasn’t identical. Original was too old. Took an overnight break before continuing. Next day, retraced my steps one by one. Everything was correct, but the final connection was not correct. I knew it because nothing turned to lock and unlock. Found Snap & Crack…close-by location. Called, and got a non-emergency appointment for only 3 hours later that same day! Jack was assigned and he called noting his arrival minutes before the appointment time. Good! He was on time, courteous, patient with questions and professionally knowledgeable with answers…and efficient. Just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!
