I can’t compliment Snap and Crack Enough. I had the misfortune of locking myself out of home not once , but 2x within the same week. The 1st time Tom from SnapAnd Crack came out and solved the problem within 2 minutes, he was on time , showed Empathy , professionalism , and just fantastic customer service. The second time was on the 4 of July and they were not open . I had to find another company and unfortunately did not get so lucky. The gentleman that showed up was in a non marked car, extremely rude, they were able to get in my house at the cost of breaking lock and damaging frame. I called Snap and Crack 1st thing on the morning on Wed and was lucky to get Tom again. He was able to fix what the other company broke and AGAIN , same class A service. Hopefully never happens again but it it does I will n ver use Anyone else AGAIN! It is nice to see that there are still companys that have employees like Tom that demonstrate TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Bad situation, but a lot less upsetting when you get the service I received.

I was really struggling to get in touch with a locksmith that seemed trustworthy and who was easy to schedule with. I finally found the website for Snap & Crack and it was an a amazing experience. I was immediately greeted by a real person on the phone and got scheduled for the same day to have five locks re-keyed. The communication was stellar! I started installing a “panic proof cylinder and knob” lockset on our back door. Simply replacing the 35 year old identical brand, I thought. Took out the old and got nearly complete…instructions weren’t clear toward the end. Confusing. It wasn’t identical. Original was too old. Took an overnight break before continuing. Next day, retraced my steps one by one. Everything was correct, but the final connection was not correct. I knew it because nothing turned to lock and unlock. Found Snap & Crack…close-by location. Called, and got a non-emergency appointment for only 3 hours later that same day! Jack was assigned and he called noting his arrival minutes before the appointment time. Good! He was on time, courteous, patient with questions and professionally knowledgeable with answers…and efficient. Just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!
